Numero uno. My (teenage) sister got very excited about some Toma Caragiu videos on YouTube. For non-Romanians, Toma Caragiu is a comedy actor from the '70s. Numero due. Books are too slow. You need ideas to get to you a lot faster these days. That's the selling point of quality blogs. Two recommendations for the new year: Seth's Blog (marketing, very well known but still ..) and How advertising spoiled me (no content, but interesting commercials).
